Mobile Edge for Microsoft CRM is a fully functional and highly configurable CRM app that runs on your BlackBerry® device allowing you to manage every aspect of your customer relationships including accounts, contacts, opportunities tickets, and more, directly from your BlackBerry even when you are outside of cellular/Wifi network coverage. Mobile Edge for Microsoft CRM is an ideal tool to make your salesforce, customer service technicians and professional services personnel more productive. Mobile Edge for Microsoft CRM is a multi-user, server based solution, that can be used by your entire company. It can be hosted by iEnterprises or deployed behind your firewall.

Downloading and Launching the Application for the First Time - When you launch the Mobile Edge for Microsoft CRM application, you will be brought through the following process.
1. Web Registration - After entering your email address, enter your CRM details on our web site.
2. Device Activation Process - The device will then attempt to activate using your email address.
3. Credentials - After the configuration process is complete, you will be prompted for a user name and password from step 1.
4. Create Accounts / Contacts - Please note that the device will not contain any data when you first activate it. Simply go to the Accounts tab and create an account. The account information will be automatically sent to the CRM server that is accessible VIA your desktop browser.
